Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information this site collects when you create and use an account, why it is collected, and who it is shared with.
Version 2026-08-14
The short version.
We keep what it takes to run your trading account and keep it safe, we never sell it, and you can ask for a copy of it — or ask us to delete it — at any time. The sections below say exactly what, why and for how long.
1. Who is responsible for your information
The company identified in the footer of this site decides how the personal information described in this policy is used, and is responsible for it. It is registered in the country where it is incorporated, and its registered office is at 1500 Finance Way, Suite 300, Washington, DC 20005. To reach the person who looks after data protection, write to support@muskoviastoks.today and say it is a privacy question.
2. What we collect when you register
The registration form on this site asks for:
- your first and last name;
- your email address;
- a password, which is hashed before storage and never kept in readable form;
- your phone number, country and account currency, where you provide them;
- a referral code, if you were introduced by an existing customer; and
- your answer to the marketing question, and your agreement to the terms — which we store together with the date and the version of the terms you agreed to.
3. What is recorded as you use your account
Beyond what you type into the registration form, your account record may also hold:
- whether your email address has been verified, and the tokens used to verify it or to reset a password;
- whether two-factor authentication is switched on, and its recovery codes;
- the time you last signed in, when your password was last changed, and the network address it was changed from — kept so that unauthorised access can be detected and investigated;
- your notification and communication preferences;
- anything you add to your own profile, such as a photograph, date of birth or company name; and
- the records created by what you do here — for example transactions, requests and support messages.
To trade, deposit and withdraw we also hold what the law and the job require: a copy of your identity document and a proof of address once you are verified, the details of the account or wallet you pay in from and withdraw to, your orders, positions and statements, and the messages you send to support. We record which pages are visited and from what kind of device, in aggregate, to see what is used — never to follow one person around the web.
4. Why we use it
- to create your account, sign you in, and keep it working;
- to verify your email address and, where enabled, your identity;
- to carry out and keep a record of what you ask us to do;
- to detect and investigate unauthorised access, fraud and misuse;
- to answer you when you contact us, and to send service messages about your account; and
- to send marketing, only where you have asked us to.
Service messages — a password reset, a verification link, a notice about your account — are not marketing, and are sent whether or not you have opted in, because your account cannot be operated without them.
We use your information only where we have a reason the law accepts: to carry out the agreement you made with us when you opened your account; to meet the obligations that come with it, such as identity checks and keeping records; in our legitimate interest in keeping this site and your account secure; and, for marketing only, because you said yes. Each use listed above sits under one of these four.
5. Marketing
The registration form asks separately whether you want product news and offers, and the answer is stored on your account. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can change it at any time in your account settings or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
6. Cookies
This site sets a cookie when you sign in so that it can keep you signed in as you move between pages. Without it you would have to sign in on every page.
Beyond the sign-in cookie, this site may set one that remembers the currency and language you choose, and one that counts visits anonymously so we can see which pages are read. None of them follows you to other sites or is used for advertising, and you can clear or block any of them in your browser — the sign-in cookie is simply set again the next time you sign in.
7. Who your information is shared with
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared with the service providers needed to run this site — for example the companies that host it and deliver its email — and with anyone we are legally required to share it with.
We use a small number of providers, and each receives only what its job needs: the company that hosts this site and its database, the one that delivers our email, the payment processors that move your deposits and withdrawals, the service that checks identity documents, and the tools we answer support messages with. Each works under a written agreement that limits what it may do with your information, and where one is in another country, that agreement protects your information to the same standard as here. A current list is available on request.
8. How long it is kept
Account records are kept for as long as the account is open. After it is closed, some records are kept longer where there is a reason to — an unresolved dispute, or a legal requirement to retain them.
Your account record is kept while the account is open. After it closes, identity checks, deposits, withdrawals and statements are kept for six years and then deleted, because records of money have to be kept that long; messages to support are kept for two years from the last reply, and anonymous visit counts for thirteen months. Anything we are not required to keep is deleted when the account closes.
9. How it is protected
Passwords are hashed, never stored in a form anyone can read. Access to customer records is restricted to the people operating this site. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to protect your own credentials — see the terms.
10. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to a particular use of it, or have it sent to you in a form another service can read — and where you gave your consent, withdraw it. Write to support@muskoviastoks.today; it costs nothing, and we answer within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data-protection authority where we are established, or to the one where you live.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we publish the updated version here, with a new version number at the top of the page.
12. Contacting us about your information
Write to support@muskoviastoks.today with anything about your personal information, and say it is a privacy question so it reaches the right person. We acknowledge it within one business day and answer within one month — most questions much sooner — and if a request needs longer we tell you why before the month is up.
